After an hour, I wanted the showdown to be over with no survivors. It is BORING. Most of the actors are without any acting skills and/or consider making faces as a way of showing emotions. Dolph Lundgren’s lack of emotion for the fact his character’s parents were killed and his monotone voice just makes me want to cheer for him to leave the screen. The movie is littered with bullets and some fighting, but it hardly seems worth a star. Brandon Lee is the only one worth mentioning in terms of acting, however he goes overboard and seems to exaggerate a bit. After having seen enough chase scenes and violent scenes, I need a little more depth, feeling, or plot twists to entertain me. There are some pretty sets, but nothing remarkable. Dolph Lundgren’s chest might deserve a star, but that seems too shallow even for me.
