hey mastadonfarm If you read the books, maybe you'd understand. The movie follows good parts of the book. You don't like it, then dont watch it. The mere fact is the 2nd installment of the trilogy is PART of the book. It's One story. The middle of it has a lot of battles for a valid reason.
