"Sargent Bilco" is an amusing tale. It is sad to see Dan Aykroyd’s talent is wasted on such a lifeless character. Phil Hartman’s character ahs some zest, but still his character does not have the sparkle of Phil Hartman. The star of the show is Steve Martin and he shines. I laughed many times. I preferred in Glenne Headly “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.� Her character is rather dull in this flick. This was light and happy so it will help off days of life. Three is nothing particularly note worthy other than Steve Martin but it is still a nice movie.
