This is a better movie then I was anticipating. I did not care for hip-hop music or the whole ambiance of hip-hop music. However I enjoyed some of the music in this movie and was absorbed by the plot. There are several different stories that all intertwine by the barbershop. For the movie, all of the barbers in the movie went to a barber college in LA. I enjoyed a number of the actors and actresses, in particular Ice Cube, Cedric the Entertainer, and Anthony Anderson. The story and acting is not touching enough to give it a 7. There are a number of fun laughs. It’s all good. =)
