I have not read any of the books, but once again magic reigns supreme. The special effects are amazing. The scenes and costumes are glorious. There are some action packed scenes along with some puzzles. This is a perfect movie for anyone needing some wholesome entertainment. However, there is no real theme, no thought-provoking ideas or feelings. So, although this is a good movie, it cannot be a great movie. I am excited about seeing more Harry Potter movies. I hope that someday I might see one of my books turned into a movie. I love fantasy.
