A Room Full of Too Many Soulless People Apparently, here is one of those times I am against the praise of the critics. This is a movie that is mostly a drama with a murder for a punch line. This movie tries to do too much in a short amount of time. The drama had no soul and with so many characters, I had troubles keeping with who was who. The drama only seems to show that society can force people into classes. However, there is no real searching for questions or answers to the problems with socio-economic classes.
The murder part just did not involve enough emotion from anyone to show either someone desperate enough to kill or that anyone actually cared about the victim. On the plus side, the movie has gorgeous sets and costumes. The best part is the inspector for comic relief. Maybe if there were less characters and more depth in the characters, I might have enjoyed it more.
