B Movie Madness

This movie is delightful. It is filmed and written to have the same cheesy acting and visuals as the same sort of movie as Ed Wood’s “Plan 9 from Outer Space. Ed Wood was once proclaimed the worst director ever and his movie to be the worst movie ever. However, as this movie shows, a man with a vision is never deterred from making his dreams come true even without a big budget. I cannot say how true to life this movie is, but it is a great, feel-good movie. Ed Wood is always optimistic and relatively happy (don’t we all wish we could be him). The array of characters is interesting. This is more of a historical piece then anything else, so do not expect any great revelations. The movie has its funny moments, but it is generally just a snuggly good feeling movie like one of Ed’s sweaters.
