This movie is more of the same from Scary Movie (1) the orgional. You need to be somewhat of a horror movie watcher as well as a be fond of "dumb humor". To be honest, I liked most of this movie. It required fairly low brain activity, except for tieing the "pun" back to the origional movie. Of course, like with all other "dumb humor" movies, there are some scenes where you just lean back and say "that was pretty stupid" but you have to expect that the moment you pull this type of movie off the shelf. Overall I would say that the movie was good enough to rent for a no-brain evening, not good enough to see in a theatre. Be carefull if you pick this one for date nigth, several of the things that got me rolling had no effect on my wife!
