Life is What You Make of It

This movie brings about the ideas of love and destiny. As such, it is amusing that the writers made the love starved female lead, played by Marisa Tomei, as Faith. However, Faith does not always have that which she is named after. Are we meant to be with only one person throughout life? Only some sort of soul-mates, where we connect on some sort of level? The movie concludes that love is not about shoulds, woulds, or fate, but love comes from the heart doing all it can for the one it loves. This is a feel good movie. It stands for the ideals of love and truth. It somehow just does not have enough sparkle or drama to really make it a great movie. However it does liven up one’s day :)
