The Title Says it All I feel that this title is great because it works on so many levels. "Full Ride" means a full scholarship to college (which high school players in this small Nebraska town dream of), sexuality (which the two main characters, Matt and Amy struggle with), and of course lieing. I beg to differ that Nebraska is not entirely flat. Scott's Bluff is indeed above the landscape. I suppose my main problem is that I could not get involved with the characters. I just was not drawn into the story. Perhaps it was the idea of small time life (although I did like "Pleasantville"), or football, or just the lifestyle these people find themselves in. There is some comedy and some drama, but for the most part it was a tiresome experience.
