Destruction Artists Unite This movie seems to be a cross between a disaster movie and an action/spy movie. It makes a better disaster movie, as there has been consider money placed on special effects and demolition. The action/spy part requires some tension and suspense. The acting and the script fail in both accounts. I enjoyed the soundtrack and the sets. If there was really such a large earthquake in LA, I would have imagined more destruction but movies have budgets. The movie tries to be dramatic with the two main characters missing their spouses but there is a lack of emotion on their part.
