Eye Candy The singing in the movie is fantastic and so is the acting of Ewan McGregor. He performs a whole rainbow of emotions with great talent: love, happiness, sadness, and anger. The elaborate scenes and costumes are a feast for the eyes. How the scenes change from one to another is a masterpiece of ingenuity. The plot is simple and Nicole Kidman needs a bit more practice acting, although she is in the movie. The references and covers of modern music and some themes of modern times makes the idea of the setting of the movie (1900s Paris) seem as much of a fantasy as the movie itself.
