The Ending Makes it a Fine Movie This movie reminds me of the old Batman and Robin shows with the funny action scenes. I feel that the action scenes were so unreal that they were boring. I feel that it would have been more exciting to learn about the science fiction world. What exactly were the aliens? What was it about earth did the aliens like?
I feel that the better science fiction movies have some truth in them, some sense that that could be the future. Science fiction should touch the imagination. The movie could have been more mental, and less on the chase scenes. I enjoyed the ending, however it may lead one to believe that the ending is a half way failure (i.e., along the lines of it was all a dream or something where the writer fails the script). Perhaps if Arnold Schwarzenegger would be a better choice for action movies, but perhaps I just enjoyed "Total Recall."
