What the fuck? They write this like a modern day R-rated fairy tale, then cast Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts as the leads, but keep them apart almost the whole movie. It's not possible to accept the supposed mystical nature of some of the events in the movie. Probably the best thing is James Gandolfini, and he even seems wasted in the role of a gay hitman.
