Historical Documents

Welcome to this dramatization of the Cuban Missile Crisis. Meet our principle characters, brothers John and Robert Kennedy, and special advisor to the president, Kenny O'Connell. Funny how, even though they grew up together, they have very different accents.

As historical drama, the subject is pretty interesting, but also limited in terms of a plot arc. Consequently, the first two thirds of the movie run much better with the great amount of uncertainty going on. It kind of deflates at the end, staying more closely to the idea of 13 days in october that changed the world.

It's a worthy project that deserves better execution.
