C. S. Lewis' story comes to life with the same love of fantasy as Harry Potter. The visual effects are delightful. Sadly Aslan is never white. The movie is entertaining for Christians and non-Christians alike. I never read the series so I cannot compare with the books. However, I can saw the movie is better than the PBS BBC version of the series. The movie seems to quickly speed through time towards the end of the movie which tends to leave me wondering what the point was for the added footage. There is a good chance that there will be a sequel.
